I am What I am
My mothers first born
My fathers pride and joy
I fought this cold War all alone
Until a Pink blanky Came Along
Behind the curls was a little Brave Solider

Together we conquered the sandbox
and all the little twirps that came along
But nothing prepared us for the Storm of THING 1 & THING 2
Like love sucking Monsters they craved for attention
Little Did we know we'd be left out in the cold
They'd Be armored with Soccer Balls and Legos
Kicking and Building all around the house

Our Telephones and Uber Coolness
Because with one frown we'd be yelling out mercy
Once the balls stopped rolling
And the phones stopped ringing
